An Industry leading FM/Engineering service provider are seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer – electrical bias to work at a commercial site based in Leicester. This role is offering a salary of £38,000 with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.\n\nJob Role:\n\nThis position is paying an annual salary of up to £38,000. The hours of work are Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm.\n\nThe role of Site Maintenance Engineer (Electrical biased) – Is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to Electrically based plant equipment, power and lighting.

Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other basic duties as directed by the contract manager.\n\nCarry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on building services L8, AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work).\n\nRelevant work experience includes but is not limited to;\n\n * 3 Phase motors\n\n * Emergency Lighting\n\n * AHU’s, FCU’s\n\n * Pumps, Motors\n\n * Fans, Belts, Filters\n\nSkills Required:\nThe successful candidate must have;\n\n * With at least 3 years experience in building services\n\n * City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation\n\n * Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client facing role\n\nFor further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie Simmons at The InVictus Group on (phone number removed)
