Program Description:
The Site Installation Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all onsite activities for G-CON products to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing personnel, resources, and subcontractors, while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Training, leading and managing the G-CON staff and subcontractors.

Oversee installation of G-CON Products – 60%
- Ensures employees follow site safety guidelines.
- Leads and coordinates the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develops and maintains schedules, allocates resources efficiently, and monitors progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitors project budgets, controls costs, and ensures financial objectives are met.
- Participates in the development of project installation plans.
- Manages and supervises all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design through to completion.
- Coordinates and engages with G-CON engineers, production, and management teams, as required for the successful installation of G-CON products.
- Oversees and assesses the operational status and safety compliance of client facilities.
- Develops and maintains customer relationships.
- Completes regular field reports.
- Maintains accountability of installation tools and equipment.
- Communicates personnel needs and fills out request forms for approval.
- Evaluates product to ensure all quality control metrics are met.
Duties while Working on G-CON Site – 40%
· Ensures products are ready for shipment.
· Assists in the planning and coordination of POD shipment.
· Develops and maintains detailed execution schedules.
· Assists with the development and updating of SOPs and Visual Work Instructions.
Position Specifications
Qualification Requirements:

· Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
· Ability to travel for extended periods, totaling up to 75% of the year.
· Willingness and ability to travel in and out of country on company business.
· Valid DL and ability to obtain passport required.
· Working knowledge of process automation technology.
· Knowledge in working with manufacturing-based technology and processes.
· Strong construction management skills.
· Demonstrates the ability to guide and influence teams successfully.
· Moderate computer experience including abilities with word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
· Ability to troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation systems.
