Site Engineering Manager Nottingham£65,000 + Bonus Monday - Friday Days Our client is an industrial processing business, part of a larger group, with multiple sites in the UK. They are looking for a proactive and driven Site Engineering Manager to assist with developing the existing team through this exciting time, as they plan and prepare to move into a brand new facility in 2026! Role & Responsibilities: Managing a team of X14 people in the engineering department, with the view to growBe involved in the start up / set up of their new modern facilityProject management of commissioning new machinery, visiting suppliers in EuropeWork closely with other site engineering managers in the UK, visiting their sitesManage and develop the existing team through the move to the new siteEnsure the delivery of maintenance in line with KPi's and budget targetsImplement new SOP's, PPM plans, SSoW, method statements, training plansManage contractors coming into the existing site and commissioning the new siteContribute to continuous improvement projects, asset care management, health & safety Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Want someone that is going to roll their sleeves up, drive the team, understand there is lots of work to do, with a sense of urgency and enthusiasmMust be an established engineering manager - 5-10 years' experienceProject management experience would be beneficialMust have an NVQ Level 3 or higher in engineeringIdeally hold a NEBOSH / IOSH qualificationHappy to travel to other sites in the UK and visit OEM suppliers in EuropeMust have worked in a FMCG / manufacturing environmentExperience of putting in to place new SOP's, SSoW, PPM plans, supplier / contract selectionComfortable being hands-on, getting stuck in with the team in the new sitePreviously have managed budgets & CAPEX projects "To apply please email your CV / resume to ( chrisg@hunterselection.co.uk )".
