Site Engineer ( UAE National )

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling resource allocation and quality control
• Interpret and implement project plans technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers architects and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports change orders and progress updates
• Monitor and control project costs ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• UAE Professional Engineering License
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects
• Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes regulations and local construction practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
• UAE National citizenship is required for this position
