Our client is looking for an experienced Engineer / Shift Manager to work night shifts on a major heavy civils and clean water infrastructure project in Southampton.\n\nThe role will involve overseeing night works associated with cofferdam backfill, pipework installation, and heavy civils operations.\n\nSite Engineer Responsibilities:\n\n * Supervise and coordinate night shift operations on site\n\n * Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme\n\n * Manage subcontractors and site teams during shift operations\n\n * Maintain accurate records and handovers between shifts\n\n * Ensure quality and HSEQ standards are maintained throughout works\n\nSite Engineer Requirements:\n\n * Previous experience within heavy civils or water infrastructure\n\n * EUSR Blue is a MUST\n\n * CSCS Card\n\n * SSSTS/SMSTS\n\n * Strong communication and shift management skills\n\n * Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced site environment\n\nTo apply, click the apply button and submit your CV
