Senior Site Engineer

to spearhead delivery on a major civil scheme along the coastal corridor of Great Yarmouth. This is a chance to run the showsetting out, managing reinforced concrete elements, and steering a high-performing engineering team.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead engineering delivery across multi-phase infrastructure works

Set out RC slabs, pad foundations, drainage systems, ducting runs, steel bolt layouts, and access roads

Oversee slab construction: formwork, reinforcement, pour sequencing, and finish tolerances

Manage QA documentation, survey control, benchmark integrity, and as-builts

Liaise with client-side engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to resolve site queries

Deliver accurate daily reporting to site/project management

Your Toolkit

Leica robotic total station

AutoCAD (own or provided)

Expertise in reinforced concrete, civils groundworks, and coastal construction environments

Comfortable operating with live traffic interfaces and site permit controls

What Were Looking For

Strong independent delivery skills and an eye for detail

Experience with complex slab construction and infrastructure schemes

Confident communicator with mentoring experience

Available for an immediate or near-term start
