Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in building and Infrastructure projects (structure & architectural works).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and equipment.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project specifications.

• Excellent project management organizational and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings plans and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and company procedures.

• Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

• Prepare daily/weekly site reports progress updates and quality documentation.

• Assist in resolving technical issues and provide on-site solutions to maintain project efficiency.

• Monitor material usage and ensure proper resource allocation.

• Conduct inspections to ensure construction standards are met for both structure and architectural finishes.

• Support the project manager in project planning scheduling and reporting.
