Site Chargehand

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance crews and subcontractors.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Inspect work to maintain quality and resolve on-site issues.
• Manage materials tools and equipment efficiently.
• Maintain records and report on project progress.
• Communicate with engineers project managers and clients.
• Train and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in infrastructure or maintenance projects.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of safety practices and technical procedures.
• Ability to read plans and follow project specifications.
• Effective communication and team coordination.
