Rockwell Automation is seeking a dedicated On-site Asset Maintenance Specialist to collaborate with our international clientele in Topeka, KS. As a pivotal member of our team, you will report to the Enterprise Program Manager and aid in groundbreaking advancements in automation.
Key Role Description
Stationed at the customer's site, our Specialist will facilitate seamless communication between Rockwell, sales teams, and product distributors. This position is central to managing customer repair needs, providing oversight on repair processes, and generating insightful sales leads.
Primary Duties:
- Oversee repairs for Allen Bradley, TP Electrical, and Mechanical parts
- Advise on component lifecycle management strategies
- Uphold and improve repair SOPs at client sites
- Identify MRO/repair process enhancements to boost plant reliability
- Streamline repair transactions efficiently
- Track real-time repair statuses
- Analyze data and compile detailed reports using ERP systems
- Customize and update metric reports as needed
- Physical ability to lift 35 lbs, stand for 45 minutes, and walk 5 miles daily
Critical Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Possession of the legal right to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship provided.
Beneficial Experience:
- 6+ years in relevant roles
- Aspire to achieve a Six Sigma Yellow Belt in your first year
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Adaptable to industrial settings, occasional travel may be required
