Position Overview

The ideal candidate will lead formulation development from concept through commercialization, while actively contributing to market strategy and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-visibility role with both technical ownership and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, formulate, and optimize silicone-based materials tailored to targeted applications.
• Lead multiple development projects with accountability for timelines, budgets, and results.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate market needs into new product solutions.
• Engage directly with customers and strategic partners to support application development and commercialization.
• Present technical findings, influence decision-making, and contribute to long-term innovation strategy.
• Model Pecora’s values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science
• 5+ years of experience in silicone formulation for industrial, aerospace, automotive, medical, electronic, or other high-performance applications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory or performance standards in targeted industries.
• Track record of developing products from concept to market launch.
