A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to step up and lead high-volume, complex retail signage rollouts for a growing Yorkshire-based manufacturer. If you thrive on logistical complexity and ensuring profitable delivery across and European programmes, this role is for you.

The Role & Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value projects, primarily for retailers and shopfitting main contractors.

* Programme Ownership: Directly manage a portfolio of 5-8 complex rollouts concurrently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's exacting specifications.

* Client Liaison & Briefing: Serve as the primary client liaison, translating complex retailer/contractor briefs into actionable production plans for the in-house design and manufacturing teams.

* Installation Management: Own the entire installation lifecycle, coordinating internal site teams, external sub-contractors, and the client. Proactively manage permits and ensure site compliance (CDM/H&S).

* Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve commercial or logistical issues that impact project margin or delivery timelines, maintaining a profitable outcome for the business.

* Site Management: Conduct detailed site surveys and management visits across the UK, with occasional travel required to support mainland European projects.

Person Specification

We are looking for a professional who understands the pace and demands of the retail environment.

* Required Experience: 3+ years managing complex projects in high-volume, quick-turnaround sectors such as Signage, Retail POS, Shopfitting, or Visual Displays.

* Client Facing: Proven ability to manage high-level client relationships, maintaining communication and managing expectations through to project handover.

* IT Literacy: Strong IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office products and ideally familiar with Project Management Software (e.g., MIS/ERP systems).

* Qualifications (Essential): Full UK Driving Licence.

* Qualifications (Highly Desirable): CSCS Card; additional certifications like SMSTS/SSSTS would be a significant advantage.

* Location: Must be based within commutable distance of the Leeds office, with a willingness to travel as required.
