Capitol Signs Inc. is hiring for a Sign Installation-Lead Installer. Duties include : Installation and Service of signs incorporates many skills in commercial construction knowledge, blue print reading, electrical knowledge, problem solving, foundation work, medium to large truck/bucket knowledge, and CDL. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following skills

Job Description:

• Manage Equipment

• High School or GED ()

• Construction: Sign Industry, Commercial or Residential experience

• Basic Electrical Knowledge

• Blueprint/Install Drawings Reading

• Mini Excavator/Equipment Knowledge

• Class A or B CDL

• Jobsite/OSHA Safety Knowledge

• Bucket Truck/Crane Operation experience

• Foundation Work

• We travel Central Virginia on a daily basis performing various sign-related tasks.

• This is a full-time position offering top wages, Health Insurance, and paid time off for right candidate.

• $2,000 SIGNING BONUS, payable after first 6 mos. completion of satisfactory employment.

• Salary range is a guide and dependent upon experience level.

• Be neat in appearance

• Be willing to work in all types of weather and in heights

• Be a hard worker in a fast-paced environment

• Have a CLEAN & Valid Virginia Drivers License

• Submit to a Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
