Sidewalk Field Operations Manager

$50,000 - $60,000 per year plus benefits

Motivate e-bike field crews and ensure they understand the values and mission of Roadway Asset Services

Serve as first point of contact for field crew problem resolution

Track field crew daily production with emphasis on accountability

Develop field crew incentive programs when production needs increase for schedule backlog demands

Coordinate field crews and schedules for sidewalk collection projects

Determine best way to manage selection of hotel, track expenses, and receipts

Check in regularly and deal with issues within the field crew staff

Visit each crew on a regular basis depending on needs of the crew

Coordinate crew compatibility and teaming

Work with Human Resources on employee life cycle including hiring, development and disciplinary action

Monitor repair logs/calibration of each sidewalk tester to make sure crews are maintaining properly

Determine best way to track expenses and receipts

Coordinate hotel rooms for field crew

Provide training as needed, coordinating with Head of IT on Technical issues

Be available to fill in driving/operating sidewalk tester in emergencies or staffing issues

Scheduling time off and coverage for the field crews

Develop field crew training program and streamline onboarding

Be available by phone to crews 24X7

Requirements:
