Job Title: Welder (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW- SAW a Plus)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking skilled and dependable welders with proven experience in SMAW (stick), GTAW (TIG), and FCAW (flux core) processes. Proficiency in welding both carbon and alloy materials is essential. Experience with SAW (submerged arc welding) is a strong plus.

We are focused on welding quality and output in our fabrication facilities.  Selected candidates must be committed to producing high-quality welds in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality welding using SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW processes
  • Weld on both carbon steel and alloy materials in accordance with applicable codes and procedures
  • Interpret and follow welding blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality, with a focus on achieving high weld X-ray pass rates
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and production teams to meet project deadlines and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural and/or pipe welding
  • Proficient in SMAW, GTAW, and FCAW welding techniques
  • Ability to pass weld tests in multiple positions on carbon and alloy materials
  • Experience with SAW (sub arc welding) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and procedures
  • Proven track record of high-quality welds and meeting X-ray/NDT criteria
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Qualifications:

  • Current or previous welding certifications (ASME/ANSI/API or similar)
  • Familiarity with welding inspection requirements (RT, UT, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work overtime or varied shifts as needed
