What You’ll Do

• Weld and fabricate steel parts in our shop

• Read and follow simple shop drawings and instructions

• Use basic hand tools and shop equipment

• Keep work area safe, clean, and organized

• Work as part of a team to get jobs out on time

• Hard-working and reliable. Show up on time every day

• Willing to learn welding and steel fabrication skills

• Safety-minded and able to follow instructions

• Previous welding/metal experience is , but not required
