Job Description:

As a Shop Welder at Texas Welding Company, you will play a crucial role in our welding operations. Reporting to the Shop-Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing welding tasks according to project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding duties under the direction of the Shop-Welder Team Lead.
• Follow welding procedures and specifications to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Operate welding equipment and tools effectively and safely.
• Collaborate with team members to complete welding tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Shop-Welder Team Lead.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in welding.
  
• Proficient in various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
