Frato Products Inc. is currently hiring a Full Time working Welding Shop Manager for Immediate hire.
We specialize in the production & repair of equipment for the Construction, Waste & Metal Recycling Industries.

We are looking for a Self motivated, On-Time, Productive member of our team to work in a family oriented environment while enjoying your work day.

Work Place:

• Hard working Family Oriented work place
• 7:30am - 4:30pm M-F Some Saturdays
• Drug Free Work Place
• 40-45 Hour Work Weeks
• Fast Paced work environment

Responsibilities:

• Managing production Schedules, Job/Production Quotas & Deadlines
• Oversee Direct , & Assist Welders, Machinist, Painters & Parts Production ensuring job progression
• Increase productivity output and maintain Quality of work
• Enforce standards and expectation across all department
• Welding, Fabrication & Repair of Steel Parts
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Maintain Company Provided Equipment
• Production & One Off Jobs

​Qualifications:

• Good Attitudes & Work Ethics only
• 3-5 years Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Leadership and Management Experience
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures, plasma cutting, machining
• Familiarity with reading blueprints
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be able to pass weld test.
• Valid Drivers License
