What You’ll Do

• Lead the production line with sharp delegation, real-time troubleshooting, and hands-on support to smash quality and output targets.
• Rally the team to optimize workflows, cut waste, and pioneer process upgrades without ever dropping standards.
• Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume facility—jumping between shifts, overtime, and new tech to keep momentum roaring.
• Oversee repetitive packaging, assembly, and QC tasks with laser precision while mentoring the crew on best practices.
• Champion a spotless, safe environment, enforce protocols, and spark team-driven safety innovations.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus).
• 1+ years leading teams in manufacturing, packaging, or production—cannabis or beverage experience is a major win.
• Proven flexibility for rotating shifts, overtime, and rapid role evolution in a scaling operation.
• Killer communication, compliance mastery, and a motivational vibe that turns feedback into fuel.Rock-solid reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative hunger to build the next big cannabis brand.

Physical Stuff

• Ironclad manual dexterity for repetitive tasks, labeling, and equipment handling under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable bending, reaching, twisting, pinching, and lifting up to 50 lbs without breaking stride.
• Able to stand 75%+ of the shift in a loud, fast-paced plant with frequent interruptions.
• Full-range mobility: climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, bend, and reach for the entire shift.
