Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring service, productivity, and safety targets are achieved.

\n

• Manage and develop a high-performing operational team.

\n

• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and audit processes.

\n

• Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and 5S standards.

\n

• Monitor KPIs, labour performance, and operational costs.

\n

• Support customer implementations, operational projects, and site improvements.

\n

• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.

\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Experience in a Shift Manager, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Manager role within logistics or distribution.

\n

• Strong people leadership and performance management skills.

\n

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management.

\n

• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.

\n

• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.

\n

• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Logistics or Warehousing qualification desirable.

\n
