We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established FMCG business in Corby. In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring production runs smoothly by maintaining and repairing a range of equipment. If you enjoy problem-solving, reacting quickly to challenges, and making a real impact in a demanding yet rewarding setting, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

·Carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance to keep machinery operating smoothly.

·Diagnosing and fixing faults in PLC systems, ensuring minimal disruption.

·Responding quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime.

·Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep equipment in peak condition.

·Working as part of a team to continuously improve processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

·A qualification in electrical or multi-skilled engineering (BTEC, ONC, or similar).

·Hands-on experience, ideally gained through a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent.

·A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
