We're recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer for an experienced Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment where you'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement.

The Role\n

\n
• \n

  Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on process equipment.

\n

• \n

  Improve asset reliability and minimise downtime.

\n

• \n

  Use CMMS (SAP ) to record maintenance activities.

\n

• \n

  Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects.

\n

• \n

  Promote high standards of health & safety, including LOTO and Permit to Work procedures.

\n

• \n

  Provide engineering support for site improvement projects.

\n

About You\n

\n
• \n

  Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship

\n

• \n

  Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing, FMCG or food production.

\n

• \n

  Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

\n

• \n

  SAP PM and continuous improvement experience.

\n
