SHE Associate (Construction) - 12 month contract

Working for the UK’s biggest Defence company you will be responsible for providing competent and professional safety, health and environmental advice to the business.

Hybrid

Hourly Rate: £19.75 PAYE PAYE or £25.68 Umbrella

Skills

• ISO45001/ ISO14001
• Experience with CHAS, Safe Contractor, or similar construction accreditation schemes
• IT literate and adaptable to working with different systems
• Confidence in providing support to peers

The Job

• Undertaking comprehensive Health & Safety inspections and audits on construction sites within a number of environments, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and BAE Systems Policy & Procedure.
• Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements & Risk Assessments and supporting engineers in developing practical risk solutions in response to the findings.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and project teams on Construction Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with industry requirements
