Join our dynamic team as an IT Automation Consultant, where you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Co-Pilot and the Power Platform suite to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge automation solutions. You will play a pivotal role in creating data-driven dashboards and reports, maintaining automation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation. This position offers the opportunity to apply industry best practices, conduct performance assessments, and ensure compliance with Fidelity standards, all while training staff on the latest automation tools.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45 - $55 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Implement industry best practices for automation.
• Conduct regular system performance assessments.
• Write and update documentation for automation processes.
• Train staff on the use and benefits of automation systems.
• Ensure all solutions comply with Fidelity standards.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of experience in Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint)
• Programming with SharePoint
• Dashboard creation with Power BI
• Writing SQL Queries
• Data analytics and process optimization
• Proven track record of successful automation project implementations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR appropriate certification in automation engineering or related fields.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
