Shared Services Director

Start Date: June 1st 2024

Remuneration Package Per Month: $45,000 - $50,000 per month

Our client is seeking an experienced Shared Services Director who will manage and lead the asset operations shared services functions and teas with shared services operation and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management & execution for all aspects of shared services functions.
• Carry out efficient and productive management of subordinate functional teams.
• Work on maximizing the value of Shared Services functions.
• Supervise implementation of strategies to ensure the maximum contribution of shared services functions and align those with the corporate strategies.
• Ensure operation integration alignment across the shared services functions.
• Monitor & track performance metrics for shared services.
• Manages, monitors and responsible for the performance of hired service providers, contractors, advisors and others who provide services to the shared services functions.
• Manage the shared services organization to produce its best performance and impact the production positively.
• Supervise the financial operations, financial reporting, development of the optimum financial plan and workforce development and assignment of personnel of the Asset Baseline production operation, maintenance and activities to sustain production at best maximum output.
• Supervise the development of annual Work Program and Budget, the long term business plan, the performance management & KPIs plan and stewardship.
• Supervises the teams to achieve the target KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), implement the planned cost control and measures and sustain healthy recurring revenue and profitability targets.
• Supervise the Employee development, training and mentoring plan.
• Supervise the development of productive commercial and procurement plan.
• Ensures safe work is carried out by the Shared Services Teams throughout the various operational functions.
• Address performance issues, challenges, deliver solutions and drive process improvements.
• Demonstrate Problem solving and analytical skills
• Supervise the implementation, utilization, maintenance and improvement of industry operation standards, procedures, plans and rules.
• Supervise the implementation for best operation practices and ensure continuous improvement processes are in place and productively implemented.
• Provide the information required to update all key performance indicators and achieving monthly goals and objectives.
• Supervise the continuous enhancements in processes, best practices and workflows to optimize the Asset's value contribution.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Mentors less experienced company co-workers and inculcate a learning and development culture together with coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Ensures service quality Excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering and/or Business Administration.
• 20 years experience in Petroleum Assets development and performance sustainability.
• Wide exposure to international Oil & Gas operations and Best practices.
• Background experience with Assets transition and post transition obligations, management and operation.
• Sufficient knowledge background about Oil & Gas Assets operation, management and performance.
• Proficiency in English Language.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, people management and motivation skills.

Salary & Package:

The position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per month, which is inclusive of all benefits.
