This high-impact leadership role oversees day-to-day operations related to escrow servicing and AIO loan boarding, playing a vital part in maintaining regulatory compliance, service quality, and process efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily leadership to Escrow Analysts and AIO Boarding Specialists
- Oversee timely, accurate, and compliant loan boarding and escrow servicing processes
- Ensure disbursements, escrow analyses, and tax/insurance payments meet regulatory and investor standards
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff while supporting individual and team development
- Resolve escalated issues related to escrow calculations, loan setup, and vendor performance
- Identify process inefficiencies and support automation and system improvements
- Maintain procedures, checklists, and documentation for audit and compliance readiness
- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives, including system upgrades and strategic projects
- Collaborate with Loan Operations, IT, Compliance, and Capital Markets teams to implement new initiatives
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage servicing with direct experience in escrow or loan boarding
- 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience
- Knowledge of loan servicing systems, processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., RESPA, CFPB)
- Familiarity with AIO products, escrow analysis, and vendor coordination
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with servicing platforms
- Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and results
