Partner with the best
As a Customer Service Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Ensure profitability and maintain high customer satisfaction for assigned service contracts
- Manage both service agreement portfolios and time-and-material (T&M) programs
- Support sales efforts by contributing to contract renewals and proposal development
- Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, and repair operations
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and customers, representing assigned contracts
- Work in coordination with business unit teams to define activities and provide technical guidance
- Follow standardized project management processes with flexibility for planning and execution
- Serve dedicated clients under predefined frameworks, with room for customized conditions when appropriate
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or related experience in WCS (Wellheads End Casings) activities
- Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Solid background in contract management, including oversight, negotiation, and client engagement
- English (will be a plus)
