About the Role:
In innovative projects, you will support our customers in the ServiceNow environment and be an elementary component of successful project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support for the introduction and configuration of ServiceNow products
- Adaptation of topic-specific modules
- Implementation of interfaces
- Project support in the field of documentation
- Conducting customer meetings and presentations in German and English
Qualifications:
Successfully completed and subject-related studies or corresponding training with qualified experience
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in the described field of activity
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ITIL, and the Windows environment
- Fluent in German as well as very good written and spoken English skills
- Enjoyment of timely implementation of varied specifications
- Goal-oriented, structured, and independent way of working
- Solution- and service-oriented work is your claim
- Confident reactions to changing customer requirements
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Confident and well-groomed appearance

€70,000-€90,000 dependant upon experience
