Senior Solution Architect – ServiceNow

Location: Hybrid – London (1 day per week + 4 days remote)

Employment Type: Contract (Initial 3 months, extension likely)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Solution Architect (Contract) to lead enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across HR, ITSM, Finance, CSM, Portal, and ITOM.

This is a client-facing, delivery-critical role for a hands-on architect who can take ownership of solution design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery assurance within fast-paced digital transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across the ServiceNow GBS portfolio—covering HRSD, ITSM, Finance Operations, CSM, Portal, and ITOM
• Act as the technical design authority across programmes, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business strategy
• Engage with client stakeholders (up to CxO level) to gather requirements, run workshops, and provide expert platform guidance
• Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow implementations, working closely with delivery leads and engineering teams
• Manage deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring technical integrity, scope control, and timely execution
• Contribute to architectural governance, platform best practices, and quality assurance across the full solution lifecycle

• Background in consulting and leading delivery teams
