Responsibilities as a Service Technician

Diagnose and Repair Youll be responsible for repairing garage doors, door operators, replacing worn or broken door parts, installing new equipment including doors, and replacing springs.

Educating the Customer Youll explain in detail and help the customer understand their options to repair the issue and prevent future ones. After the work is done, youll review and explain it to customers so that they fully understand the work performed.

Requirements for the Service Technician.

Must have mechanical aptitude and technical skills.

Must have a valid drivers license & clean driving record.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.

Must be able to work in the heat and cold, both outside and inside garages that may not be temperature-controlled.

Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues.

Communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge

Experience in the garage door industry is but not required we will train you.

Must be able to use hand tools and operate mechanical equipment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
