The Opportunity
As a Service Technician at LSA Management, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This includes ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for , visitors, and staff. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, handle service requests, and assist in the upkeep of the property. Certification in HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO is . A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
