We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our Team! The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. We are looking for hourly AND flat rate technicians! We are offering up to $10,000 sign on bonus based on qualifications. APPLY NOW
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance as per manufacturer's guidelines and dealership standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues and provide accurate repair recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete repair jobs efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed, including parts used and labor hours.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing explanations of repairs and costs, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends through continuous training and professional development.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an automotive technical program or certification is .
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
