Player One Amusement Group (P1AG has an immediate opening for a full-time Service Technician based at our Moorpark, California location. The Service Technician is responsible for performing electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical technical work related to the construction, preventative repair and maintenance of computer hardware associated with amusement games and other equipment. We are seeking an individual that has solid repair experience, preferably within the gaming industry.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot and perform repairs on all computers for amusement games and cashless kiosks, including scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Maintain inventory records; order supplies and materials.
- Work with Field Service Technicians in troubleshooting computer-based issues with games installed on route.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing computers, including packaging and shipping of repaired assets to Field Service Technicians.
- Work with vendors to oversee the remote software installation of cashless systems including kiosks and point-of-sale terminals and set up/test up new incoming cashless assets.
- Assist with general tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to UPS shipment prep, loading/unloading trucks, move assets within the facility under the supervision of the warehouse manager and light mechanical prep/repair as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools and general testing equipment.
- Complete Service Reports.
- Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of all in-house and off-site work areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements by the organization.
- Maintain compliance with Federal, State, Municipal, Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years working in related field with solid repair skills.
- Skill in the practical application of electronics, mechanics; in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment of the trade.
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational ability.
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs. for 50 feet is required.
- Ability to read and write; to understand and follow oral and written instructions; to communicate effectively.
