Service Technician
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Royce Industries L.C. is looking for a an experienced technician to join our team.

Job Duties:
- Performs troubleshooting and repair of pressure washers, parts washers, small engines, high pressure pumps, and water heating systems in a shop and on service calls.
- Prepares estimates on service repairs and gets customers approvals for repairs.
- Completes description of work performed on each service ticket.
- Clean shop areas.
- Make Deliveries and Pickups
- All other jobs and duties as requested by management or their representative.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two year's related experience in a service shop but not required. We value a desire to learn and can train!
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organizations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Current driver's license, good driving record, and insurable.
- Driving and background check are required for all applicants for this position.
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
