Service Technician – Ford of Pleasanton

Join us at Ford of Pleasanton’s NEW state-of-the-art facility!
We are now operating in a brand-new, multi-million-dollar dealership, featuring 50+ climate-controlled service bays, cutting-edge equipment, and high-speed doors to keep technicians comfortable year-round. This is San Antonio’s newest Ford facility, and demand is high—apply today as positions will fill quickly!

Job Requirements

We’re looking for motivated Service Technicians who align with our values and want to grow with us.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic built on honesty and integrity (#1 requirement)

• Desire to continuously improve and be the best at what you do

• Dealership experience and/or Ford certifications strongly (but not required)

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others

• Commitment to building a long-lasting career in automotive service

• Ability to perform advanced diagnostics with modern scan tools

• Consistency, reliability, and punctuality in achieving targeted goals

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (including background check and drug-free work environment)
