Express Lane Technician – Szott Auto 
Full-Time | $35,000.00 - $50,000.00

• Express Lane Technicians can make between $35,000 and $50,000 annually.
• Performs basic vehicle maintenance and repair tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks, often in a fast-paced environment, and conducts vehicle inspections
• Routine Maintenance: Performing oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
• Fluid Checks: Inspecting and topping off or replacing various fluids like engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, and windshield wiper fluid
• Tire Services: Checking tire pressure and condition, and potentially performing tire rotations or replacements
• Vehicle Inspections: Conducting routine inspections to identify potential problems or maintenance needs
• Customer Communication: Communicating with customers about vehicle issues and recommended services
• Up-selling Services: Recommending additional services or products to enhance vehicle performance and longevity
• Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Ensuring the work area is organized and safe
• Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing basic maintenance tasks and using diagnostic equipment
• Customer Service Skills: Effective communication with customers and addressing their needs
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Handling multiple tasks and prioritizing work effectively
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects as needed
• Valid Driver's License: Essential for test drives and vehicle movement
• Educational Background: High school diploma or GED
• Prefer 1 year Express Lane Experience.
