What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Technician, you’ll serve as the go-to expert for commercial clients across the region—including restaurants, food retailers, cold storage facilities, and senior living communities. You'll diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment, playing a vital role in keeping essential businesses running.
Responsibilities include:
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
• Provide top-tier service with professionalism and urgency
• Utilize mobile tech for real-time job documentation and communication
• Collaborate with dispatch and field managers to optimize scheduling
• Keep your service vehicle clean and organized
• Mentor junior technicians (if experienced) and contribute to a supportive team culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or food service equipment repair
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal )
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- A self-starter with pride in their craft and a drive for excellence
