Boone Tractor is a growing Ag Dealership in southwest Virginia and West Virginia. We are looking to add an experienced Mechanic/Technician to our Bedford, VA team.
This position has incentives for development, promotion and great earnings potential as well as reduced benefit premiums through our Technician Development Plan.

Requirements:
A strong candidate for this position must have the ability to:
- Understand and follow instructions in English and read service manuals
- Efficient using a computer/tablet
- Knowledge of electronic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hydraulics
- Diesel experience helpful
- Small engine experience
- High school diploma/trade school
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand and walk
- Ability to hear and communicate verbally to and with others
- Comfortable working in an open shop area with loud noises at times
- Team player
- Available during open hours of the store which would include 8 to 12:00 on Saturdays during the busy Spring and Summer season
- Valid Driver's License (must be insurable by our insurance company)
