In this technical role, you'll be responsible for the testing and calibration of advanced healthcare simulation equipment to ensure peak performance.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about equipment quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing & Calibration: Accurately test and calibrate healthcare simulation devices to meet performance standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, both onsite and at customer locations.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of test results, procedures, and findings.
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet all regulatory and internal standards before distribution.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience: Prior experience in equipment testing, calibration, or similar technical roles; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation habits
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Certifications: Testing or medical equipment certifications but not required.

Additional Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with analog and digital electronics
• PC (Windows/macOS) environment proficiency
• CRM application experience
• Basic networking knowledge

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move equipment as needed
• Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols

Schedule: Full Time, 6:00am-2:30pm (Overtime available)

Pay: $27/Hour
