Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to install, maintain, and service our mobile CCTV units. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of security cameras and networking, combined with the ability to handle physically demanding tasks in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and service mobile CCTV security units at various job sites
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment
• Ensure cameras, networking components, and system software are functioning correctly
• Provide customer support, training, and demonstrations when required
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Safely transport, set up, and secure equipment at client locations

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, networking, or related technologies
• Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift and move 50–100 lbs regularly
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work outdoors in varying conditions

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in CCTV, low-voltage, or IT-related field
• Knowledge of PoE switches, IP cameras, and remote monitoring systems
• Customer service or client-facing fieldwork experience
