Service Technician Levels 1,2,3 (Full Time)

Location: Nashville, TN

Level 1 Starting Salary: $22/hour+ based on experience, Level 2 Starting Salary: $26/hour+ based on experience, Level 3 Starting Salary: $30/hour+ based on experience

Parman is looking to add motivated and skillful Service Technicians to our PTE service team. The role of the Service Technician is to facilitate inspections, and repair of heavy equipment. This position is crucial in achieving the highest customer satisfaction and dealer profitability by performing his/her duties in accordance with the current vendor and our company’s policies and procedures.

Level 1 Job Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Related experience but not required
• Ability to effectively communicate and interpret information both written and verbally
• MVR that meets company's insurability standards
• Inventory of tools to facilitate the assigned repairs
• Professional conduct exhibited daily

Level 2 Job Requirements:

• Must have 3 years' experience as a technician in heavy equipment, or agriculture dealership
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
• Dependable and prepared to work on a daily basis
• Must be self-motivated
• Professional conduct exhibited daily
• Inventory of tools to facilitate the assigned repairs
• MVR that meets company's insurability standards

Level 3 Job Requirements:

• Must have 5 years' experience as a technician in heavy equipment, or agriculture dealership
• OEM training certifications
• Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
• Dependable and prepared to work on a daily basis
• Must be self-motivated
• Professional conduct exhibited daily
• Inventory of tools to facilitate the assigned repairs
• MVR that meets company's insurability standards
