Service Technician

Job Title: Service Engineer



Location: Gloucester (UK-wide travel required)



Hours: Full-time



Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per year



Key Responsibilities of a Service Engineer:



* Installation, commissioning, and servicing of vehicle air conditioning service equipment and diagnostic tools.



* Delivering on-site technical training and support to customers across the UK.



* Maintaining high standards of customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.



* Ensuring equipment is installed, serviced, and maintained to company and industry standards.



* Working closely with colleagues in the service department to support business operations.



Key Skills of a Service Engineer:



* Previous experience in the automotive industry is but not essential – full technical training will be provided.



* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.



* A conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy team player.



* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.



* Willingness to travel across the UK as part of the role.



* Full UK driving license
