Worthington Tractor Parts, Inc. is looking for a Service Technician with good work history, reliability, positive attitude, and great work ethic to join our team at their WTP Implements Division in Sioux Falls, SD. Prefer farming/agriculture equipment experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders in compliance with Worthington Tractor Parts Implement Division standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius with little notice

• Must be able to calmly perform in high stress situations.

• Perform minimum and maximum responsibility tasks, including general machine maintenance, facility maintenance, service calls, traveling, trade shows, on-site evaluations, equipment demos, and general labor.

• Must be willing to represent Worthington Tractor Parts Implement Division and all sister companies in a positive light.

• Operate heavy equipment such as, Fork-lifts, tele-handlers, and pay-loaders.

• Operate in a fast paced, ever changing work environment without the supervision of Management personnel.

• Must be able to lift over 50lbs

• Unloading and loading equipment

• Willingness to work extended harvest hours in-season

• Ability to comprehend new processes in a short period of time

• Ability to multi-task while remaining efficient and accurate

• Self-motivation, good work ethic, and ability to work well with others.

• Mechanically adept.
