Woodmont is seeking a professional Service Technician to assist in the maintenance operations at our beautiful 117 unit Apartment Community located in Santa Cruz. The schedule is 16 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. This position requires good organization skills, proven apartment turnover, painting, and custodial/housekeeping skills. This individual will interact with team members, vendors, and .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Performs job related tasks in an timely and effective manner per company policy & procedures.
• Performs daily routines as directed by the Property Manager.
• Repairs and restores to proper condition, interiors, including but not limited to, appliances, furnaces, heaters, boilers, doors, hardware, cabinets, floors, plumbing, electrical,
• lighting and painting.
• Repairs and restores to proper condition exteriors, including but not limited to, doors, windows, hardware, plumbing, fences, pools and exterior lighting.
• Available to respond to after hours and weekend emergencies on an on-call rotating basis.
• Required to pass physical, drug and background checks.
• Valid driver's license with legally required auto insurance as well as reliable transportation.
• Have own set of tools.

Salary Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

The company considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (eligibility may vary based on role), vacation and sick time off, and a benefits package.
