We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team! You will maintain and repair imaging equipment in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic repairs and provide preventative maintenance of Sharp copiers, HP MFPs, and various other branded printers/copiers in a specific territory to ensure equipment reliability.
• Project a professional company image in daily interactions with customers and co-workers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and achievement of company requirements in response time, repair resolution, and parts management.
• Maintains an accurate assigned parts inventory.
• Focused attention to key point indicators: gross calls per day, efficiency rating, response time commitments, parts costs per call, and client satisfaction.
• Meet daily benchmarks as outlined by the Service Manager.

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Familiarity with networking
• Ability to handle physical workload
