Service Supervisor

Location:Rotherham

Salary: up to £30,000 basic per annum plus bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Supervisor to lead our service department in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient operations. Role Overview – Service Supervisor

•    Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards

•    Monitor and manage service department performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement

•    Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience

•    Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

•    Maintain accurate records of service activities and prepare reports as required

•    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies



Requirements – Service Supervisor

•    Proven experience in a supervisory role within the automotive service industry

•    Strong leadership and team management skills

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

•    Proficiency in using service management software

•    Full UK driving licence
