Service & Repair Technician

Job Summary:

Join our team to play a key role in evaluating, repairing, and supporting professional-grade leveling and laser tools. You'll handle product returns and warranty claims, perform diagnostics and repairs, manage service orders, and provide excellent customer support. The Service & Repair Technician will work alongside our Service Operations Assistant, and reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and evaluate returned products for warranty or repair.
• Complete product assessments and customer follow-ups within service policies.
• Perform repairs on electronic and mechanical leveling tools.
• Support inventory management of repair parts and service tools.
• Support customers and reps with troubleshooting, warranty, and product questions.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to perform incoming inspections as needed.

Education/Experience:

• At least 1 year of repair/troubleshooting experience
• Customer Service experience
• Organizational skills
• Computer savvy
• Previous experience with ERP is a plus
• Inventory Management experience is a plus
