Aubrey Thrasher, LLC is a collections and creditors' rights law firm. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Aubrey Thrasher represents banks, non-bank lenders, credit unions, equipment finance companies and other financial institutions in the collection of commercial and consumer debt. Aubrey Thrasher's attorneys file litigation and post-judgment actions directly in nine states and nationally through a network of law firms.

The firm seeks two full-time Service of Process Coordinators for its growing litigation practice to join the attorneys and other professionals in the collaborative environment of its Marietta, GA office. The firm offers training and development opportunities for enthusiastic new team members to grow with the firm

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the delivery of legal documents
• Log and track all service of process (SOP) documents
• Coordinate delivery with a network of agents
• Confirm that all legal documents are served in accordance with federal and state laws
• Manage communications with clients, court staff, and local counsel

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Must have meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with basic legal terminology and document processing is required

Location:

Marietta, GA - in office

Salary:

$20.00/hour
