YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
This is a full-time position, with a schedule that typically aligns with standard business hours.
As a Service Operations, Inventory and Fleet Coordinator, you manage the day-to-day functions of the service department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional support. You will start your day by reviewing inventory levels and placing orders for parts, materials, and equipment needed for service technicians. Throughout the day, you will conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse and service vehicles. Communication is key as you work closely with service management and technicians, tracking usage patterns, optimizing truck stock, and preparing repair and replacement quotes based on technician recommendations. Your administrative skills will shine as you reconcile invoices and provide vital reporting to enhance operational consistency between Gainesville and Jacksonville. You will actively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure that field technicians are supported with the right resources.
