RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot vehicles using diagnostic tools and software. Perform necessary repairs, replacements, or adjustments to restore functionality.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other preventative measures, to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
• Field Service: Travel to customer sites to perform on-the-spot repairs and maintenance. Ensure all necessary tools, parts, and equipment are available for efficient service delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns, explain repairs, and provide updates on the status of their equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on each task. Ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing repairs and maintenance. Ensure that all work is conducted safely to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of parts and tools. Order replacements as needed to ensure that service operations are not interrupted.
• Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest technology, tools, and industry best practices. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Responsibilities: Must be on time for mobile appointments. May require working on weekends and after hours.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast, eager learner and team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record that is acceptable to our policies.
