Pay: $24.00 - $25.00/hour plus Service Tech Bonus Program

- Do you enjoy diagnosing complex electro-mechanical issues and making equipment run like new?
- Are you comfortable moving from small gas engines to HVAC/R components and high-voltage electrical work in the same day?

What you'll handle
- Accurate, efficient diagnostics and repairs for equipment serving commercial cleaning, restoration, and surface-prep operations.
- Hands-on work with: 2/3/4-cylinder gas engines, basic automotive systems, truck-mounted carpet cleaning units, portable carpet extractors, hard-surface floor machines, duct cleaning tools, deodorizing devices, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, air movers, and HEPA vacuums.
- Use of test instruments, troubleshooting flowcharts, and manufacturer repair manuals to pinpoint issues.
- Creation of service orders on intake; development of bids and estimates; presentation of repair options to customers.
- Scheduling and managing appointments through our scheduling software; customer updates by phone, email, and in person.
- Coordination of shop workload with other technicians; assisting teammates and store staff when needed.
- Parts ordering and vendor coordination to minimize downtime.
- Proper care and use of shop tools; maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Following direction from supervisors while consistently meeting or exceeding department quality and productivity goals.
What you bring
- HVAC/R systems proficiency with hands-on HVAC repair exposure.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Electrical repair experience across 120/208/240/480 VAC systems.
